I am a versatile creative lead who can direct my design experience across diverse projects. During the recent challenges of the pandemic, I pivoted my print skills to collaborate on my first digital project, launching a platform for women over 45. The resulting tonicmag.com.au has been met with an overwhelmingly positive response {radio interviews, press coverage and an increasing readership}. Now keen to keep the design ball rolling, and to continue utilising and honing my skill-set, I am looking to bring my experience and energy to a new challenge - collaborating and managing projects at a higher level.
Throughout my career, I’ve created food & lifestyle content across multiple platforms on three continents. Most recently as art director Condé Nast Traveller, Middle East. I’ve worked variously as a creative director, magazine & cookbook designer, an illustrator, stylist and photo shoot visualiser/conceptualist. Prior to arriving in the Middle East, I won two NYC FOLIO design awards for the re-imagining of custom publications, spent six and a half years at the creative helm of one of Australia’s most successful food brands Gourmet Traveller as its creative director & ran two half marathons.
In an ideal world I would be trawling the flea markets of Paris looking for that perfect vintage piece or drinking pinot noir under the cloudy skies of Portland,Oregon. That said nothing beats Sydney in the summertime...
